Nice clean park. Great lake nature area to walk the dogs. Close to interstate but nor noisy. Camped in a motor home.
Cypress Lakes is conveniently just off the freeway but far enough away that the road noise isn't an issue. Nearly all of the campers are seasonal or full-timing here. A section seems to be reserved for travelers - all pull-throughout on pretty level gravel sites that are somewhat shaded but a little tight. Checkin was fast and friendly. The full hookups were some of the best-placed I've ever had. The bath house was pretty clean and there was a well equipped laundry. Cypress Lake seems to be well-stocked with fish and offers a nice 30-40 minute walk, during which you might see an eagle as I did. Downsides include NO WIFI and only two bars on cell (AT&T). I would not hesitate to stop here again.
I just love this campground. The owners are wonderful. I feel so at home I don't want to leave.
I've been living here 4 months and love it friendly and accommodating great for children playground game room large clean showers laundry large lake for fishing WiFi very reasonable rent year round overnight monthly or seasonal and best of all friendly
Excellent price for full hook up pull thru, very friendly staff, absolutely lovely trail around large fishing ponds, easy on& off hwy &fire rings(what's camping without campfire). But, the amount of campers& mobile homes in this park is city like, one almost on top of another. Did not use bath house or laundry. Good stop for an overnight.
