Bathrooms needed stocked and cleaned. Went to take a shower and the lady only took a minute (literally) to clean the shower, which would have been great but there was facial hair all over in the sink, the sink faucet wiggled all over, there was soap scum all over the bathroom/shower, there was rust all over the ceiling vent, the fan was filthy and looked like it would fall apart at anytime, and there was only hot water for a few minutes then it went ice cold! Not the kind of visit we were expecting and very dissapointing!
Great place to fuel, grab a bite. It'll sure be nice when they finish the road construction going in and out. Lol
Very friendly employees, always take to say hello. Ask if they can help you find anything. Restrooms are always clean. Loves is always my favorite place to stop when I'm on long trips.
Stopped here early morning and bought a fountain drink. The Dr. Pepper was obviously on it's way out so I chose Pepsi. I paid for my things and realized that unfortunately it was terribly flat. I went back in to ask the cashier's if I could exchange it for another drink. She walked up to the machine, pushed the button, and said "it looks fine." Okay, cool, thanks. That's 1$ dumped in the parking lot. I'm a huge fan of loves but these ladies need to step up their customer service.
They don't have dedicated RV pumps, which means for Diesel you either have to work around the car pumps, or deal with the Truck pumps. They also don't have dedicated RV parking in the Auto Pump Area, so if it is busy, it is hard for you to park and go in and pick up a few things. They do have an Arbys so you can at least pick up some food other than the "dogs on the roller". They sell propane as well. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Easy to get on and off the highway and get into the lot. If they had dedicated RV pumps and parking I would have given them a 5.
